Exchange Policy

At Ayesha's Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and must have all tags and packaging intact. You must contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative product or store credit. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Sale items, customized products, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.
